Beta software

CreationCanvas is in private beta. Features can change, break, or disappear. Data may be lost in unusual cases. Plan your work accordingly and keep important assets backed up elsewhere.

The service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Acceptable use

By using CreationCanvas you agree not to:

• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual-property rights of others.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery, content sexualising minors, or content prohibited by the upstream model providers' terms (Seedance, WaveSpeed, Fal, Google, Anthropic).
• Use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent the platform's security or rate-limiting measures.
• Resell, sublicense, or operate a competing service on top of CreationCanvas without written permission.
• Use the service for content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the United States.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion when these terms are violated.

Your content

You retain ownership of the projects, prompts, and assets you create or upload. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and forward that content to the third-party model providers necessary to fulfil the generations you request. We will not use your content to train any model.

Outputs generated by upstream models are subject to those providers' own terms. Where ambiguity exists, the stricter term applies.

Credits & billing

Generations are metered in credits. Credit balances during the private beta may be granted, adjusted, or revoked at our discretion. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable outside applicable consumer-protection law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if continuing to provide the service to you would expose us to legal or operational risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the entity operating CreationCanvas (TBD — placeholder, to be set by counsel). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
